This program has changed my life for the better! I finally have my life back.I can think clearly,I make good choices,I have continued working towards my goals,I have my self esteem back.when I started I was a hot mess and I told myself I was going to follow the rules and do whatever I needed to do. It has not been easy but with the help of my therapist dr, classes held in the past, dosing nurses, medical nurses, checkin staff and others I give all five stars! They have helped in more ways then I can describe! With passion, kindness, not judging, really caring for us ,while also holding us accountable if we slip up.so Thank you from the bottom of my heart!(Missy) 2015... South side health 💜💜💜

Seriously, this really is a great place. And the people are some of the best people you'll ever meet in the whole wide world. I wish I could reply to these negative reviews lol.. if you don't love this place, it's a you problem :) They work so hard for their patients. Like others said, if you want this program to work for you, you have to work hard for IT. Methadone is NOT harder to get off than heroin when you do the taper. You have a doctor and therapist by your side at all times if you need any help. If you start experiencing bad withdrawal symptoms, they adjust things. All you need to do is show up every day like you're supposed to, and follow the rules. Which really isn't that hard. It's not like they have a whole bunch of rules. All they ask is just common decency and showing up every day taking your dose and being respectful. They put up with so much crap you have no idea. So many people are so unappreciative and blame their use on the clinic every single time they do something wrong. If somebody shows up after the dose time they will sit there and throw a huge fit saying you're making me do heroin. This is not true you don't even start to withdraw off methadone until like 3

I went here for 9 years and, they were very good to e! A lot of times I had to come in daily. The others, I got up to 4 take-homes per week! So I came for 2 days and, brought my home! Low and behold, something always happened. It could have been a mental episode, or I would get sick. When that happened (hospitalization), I would have to start all over They treated me with respect, and didn’t charge mea penny! If it wasn’t so darn far away, I would have gone. They clothed and fed the homeless. I was proud to have helped with that! I would love to make them about you two to ten lunches daily! And provide them with clutches on qlhwarwers, it

My mother called here today to try and get some help but yet they turned her away. They told her oh they can’t just take you off the pain medicines. Went away she try explain to them she didn’t want no more pain medicines, and most of it was from her surgery. She tried to explain it to the guy too, but he wouldn’t listen. Seems like they don’t even want patients

If I could give no stars I would. I am visiting from Ohio and my clinic set up me guest dosing and the women in the front r rude and verify things like my city I live in which they took copy of my driver license it was on the paper right in front of her. So my counselor sent over everything way ahead of time so I didn't have this issue. The lady at the front called me over to window 2 different times and still makes me go wait. Mind u I showed up at 6am. 25 min later still nothing no help.nuts that this is supposed be place to help people and they absolutely did nothing to help me. Thanks for ruining my family vacation cause u guys can't do ur job sitsUnreal unprofessional ridiculous. I have went to Florida and tried guest dose and ran into the same issue not sure why they can't just do there job and help me blows my.mind.

This facility was amazing fo m for the past three years. Unfortunately when I went to move away the therapy provider Daniel Francis became very uncomfortable and decided to use an abuse his power over my treatment. I had nothing but clean urine the entire time I was there and for something as simple as missing two dose days (due to medical reasons) he made so so uncomfortable I will no longer be going to this clinic. The Dr is great nurses great front end staff amazing. However whe your therapy is compromised its all for nothing. He could have been a lot more understanding and listened. I was there fo drug treatment not his judgment or abuse of power. Very bad

I thank God every day for this place. I only go a couple times a week now and love my counselor. I think the staff are amazing as they deal with a lot of negativity, and a lot of people who don't want to play by the rules. They have some mandatory classes and some you take as you want to. I've learned to take what ever they offer because you can never learn to much. I give nothing but praise to the staff and fellow clients. Don't pay attention to the negative jellies who leave terrible reviews on here. I've read them and can tell you they are people who didn't want to play by the rules.

This place has help me get my life back. I was totally at my bottom when I came here. I was addicted to heroin, crack, Alcohol and every and any drug I could get my hands on. I had to sign custody of my 3 children to my cousin because CPS was going to take my rights to them away from me. I was living in a horrible motel out in Grandville because I was kicked out of every other motel around. I was doing some retched things to support both mine and my abusive no good boyfriend. Finally after being so tired and wanting a way out but not knowing how I prayed to God for help. Not long after that prayer I was paralyzed from Guillian Barre Syndrome and was put in the hospital for a week. After I was moved into Mary Free Bed for 2 months to learn to walk, use my arms, and work on speech and get movement into my face again. I was put on methadone during this time because I could not fathom trying to lay in a bed and be able to move anything while going through withdraws. If you ever went through heroin withdraw. you know you have to be able to get to a bathroom for multiple purposes. So I got accepted in Cherry Street upon Release from Mary Free Bed. This was not my first time going in to
